From 2000 until the end of 2006 I lived near Ardfern on the Craignish Peninsula. It is a stunning place surrounded by a beautiful seascape. From Aird, at the end of the peninsula, where I lived from 2004 to 2006, I could walk out my front door and gaze straight out to the Corryvrechan. I lived in the last house on the peninsula and from there to the point felt like my own wilderness.
